After School Enrichment Classes

Knife Skills 101 with Fruits and Vegetables
Children learn and practice basic knife skills with child safe knives using organic farmers market fruits and vegetables.  Class begins with mindfulness and yoga to get centered, then transitions into cooking and preparing a plant based dish.  Menu includes: Farmers Market Lentil Soup, Tri-color French Fries, Curly Kale Salad, and Make Your Own Smoothie Bar.  At the end children get to taste their creations! Bliss Belly NEVER uses refined sugar and uses all organic ingredients.

Stretch, Breathe and Be: Yoga and Breath Work for Children and Teens
Participants learn and practice sun salutations, basic yoga, and a daily breathing sequence.

Can’t get your child to eat their vegetables? Research shows that children are more likely to eat a new or even a familiar food when they have been involved in the cooking process. That is our experience here at Bliss Belly Kitchen! We incorporate local, seasonal organic fruits and vegetables into every dish.
