Here’s what people are saying about this workshop:

Carrot Ginger Soup.jpeg

This workshop provided a sense of calm, connection and truly focused on the whole person and body. It was a cooking course but it was truly a course about living in congruence mind, body and soul.

Lesa Hammond | CEO, Prof360

“I wanted to live a better life, but didn’t know how. I knew my habits were having negative consequences on my health. Taking this course elevated me. It gave me knowledge I was missing so I could lead a life more respectful to myself and everyone around me.”

Caroline Huart | Mom, Social Media Manager

“Ayurveda is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease.”
